And Now for the Big But…

I’m not Loving the Duvet.  Maybe it’s Too White for the Space.  I have toyed with doing a Tea Tint to Tone it Down.  But I think what is really needed is Velvet.

And Then I had an Idea…

My Old Velvet Drapes.  Faded Emerald Green.  Think Scarlet O’Hara.

Sew a Duvet with the Drapes!

    1. Thanks Mila – I love your style and I respect your opinion…of course, I’m now looking to make changes…always a good thing(!)

  1. The room came together very nicely. I love the curtains and the Hampton Court picture over your bed. Lovely touch. Great job!

  2. I really like all the black – that adds so much sophistication to your new master bedroom! Those lamps are gorgeous. I really like the black shades with the gold interiors. I was just looking at some on Saturday at Target, but couldn’t think of where to use them!! I like how you personalized the picture over the bed! What a great transformation!

    1. Hi Lucille – Thank you for your kind words. The shades were definitely a great find – $10 at Target…can’t beat that!
