Add a Dash of Salt to Prevent Mold.
Stir.
When it’s the Consistency of Runny White Glue it’s Ready. Not Lumpy or Thick.
Dip in the Newspaper Strips. Wipe off the excess goop with your fingers.
Create a Masterpiece!
