I peeled the zucchini and yellow squash before spiralizing. I thought the skin would be bitter, but the “proper” way is to leave the skin on – it is healthier and makes a cruncher swirl. Next time.
Shrimp and Zucchini Spaghetti
Add some Oil to the pan and cook the Shrimp.
Add the Noodles. Toss.
Add Spaghetti Sauce.
Serve with Rice. In Spaghetti Bowls. Spaghetti Bowls are Great Decoys.
