Your 4 Ingredients to Cook in 15 Minutes:
Chicken Cutlets. Asparagus. Red Peppers. Rice.
In a Large Skillet with Lid…Brown Chicken.
Add Vegetable Broth and Some Water. Add Rice.
Lid On. Cook.
Love My Birthday Silicone Potholder…Works Great.
10 Minutes of Good Strong Cooking. Lid Tight.
Add Asparagus.
And Red Peppers.
Stir and Pop on the Lid.
Cook 5 Minutes More.
Turn Off the Heat but Keep the Skillet Covered.
Now It’s Cooking and Blending and Mashing and Getting Delicious.
All on its Own.
