The Before Shots. The Questions. The Issues.
I am So Excited to be a Guest Participant of the One Room Challenge.
A Huge Thank You to Linda of Calling It Home for Making This Happen.
The Task…One Room and 6 Weeks to Create a Wondrous Transformation.
Week One.
The Room Choice for Me is Simple. Our Master Bedroom.
The Neglected Room. The I’m-So-Exhausted-I-Can’t-See-Straight Room.
The Puppet Room.
Literally. 🙂
The Master was Created by Enclosing the Loft. With 2 Closets Added.
The Room is Small with Windows on Three Sides. It Overlooks the Downstairs from 15 Feet Up.
The Puppet Room?
Once Upon a Time, We Produced a Kids’ TV Show on the Local Cable Channel.
After One Season, the Channel was Cancelled and the Puppets Moved In With Us.
Literally. They Happily Live in the Master.
All of Them.
The Puppet Master:
White Walls and Trim. Wood Floors. Salvage Wood Doors. Black Metal Windows.
Wood Ceiling. Metal Bed. Metal Light Sconces. Ceiling Fan. Puppets.
Yard Sale Dresser. Chifforobe. Antique Wood Trunk.
Need to Downsize the Furniture. And Those Puppets.
Then there’s the Painting – Very, Very Old. Painted by My Great Grandmother.
Water Lilies.
I’m Not a Big Floral Fan. But This Will Be My Color Inspiration.
One Master Bedroom.
Six Week Transformation.
One Room Challenge.
In Desperate Need of Some Magic.
I love the metal bed frame, and the painting by your great grandmother is beautiful ♥ Can’t wait to see you work your magic with this room ♥

Thanks for the encouragement, Summer. I’m a little shaky on this one because I keep flipping back and forth with my inspirations…but having only 6 weeks is a good push to jump in and just do it!
I guess you’re ready
My head is spinning with ideas…more crazy ideas than usual…but I need you on board too. 🙂
I’m excited to witness the transformation. More color. Great inspiration thru your inheritance.Lord bless and give you creative ideas.
