We live on a busy street and sadly don’t really know our neighbors. There is No Community. Cars Wiz By and Neighbors Go About their Business.

Isolated. Insulated. With Little to No Foot Traffic.

It is pretty much a House to Car Out the Driveway and Work/School to House Back Up the Driveway Existence. Weekends are for Chores. Shopping. Dance Class. And Lots of Fun Times Eating Out.
That was Before.

Perhaps Now We have an Opportunity to Stop and Wave and Get to Know Each Other. For Now, From a Safe Distance. We’ll begin by Sending a Small Token of Hey We’re In this Together and We’ll Get Through this Together and We Need Each Other.

With a Rock and Paint.

Tiny Hearts Painted on Specially Selected Rocks to Deliver to the Neighbors.

We Gathered Rocks from the Yard. Enjoying Some Sunshine. And Time Outside Together.

We Painted En Plen Air – Painting Outside.

One Simple Heart and Pink Paint.

As Giggles Raised Hopes, the Pile of Heart Rocks Grew and Grew.

A Rock for Each Family on Our Street.

The Plan was to Walk Up One Side of the Street and Then Down the Other.

Carefully Placing a Rock on Top of each Mailbox.

A Tiny Hello. A Surprise.

We Also have a Firehouse as a Neighbor. The Firefighters Wave as they Pull Out of the Drive and Race Off to an Emergency.

They Got a Special Rock Too.
Please Stay Safe. Stay Strong. Stay Well. Together.
We Need Each Other.
Hopefully, we have spread some neighborly love
Awesome!
