This is all very frightening, but I see people coming together to try to comply with all that is thrown at them. Schools. Local Businesses. Offices. Theatres. BioParks. Restaurants. All Shutting Doors. Everyone staying Home. Some Working from Home. Hopefully a Solid Plan.

Cleaning and re-cleaning all hard surfaces is Number One on the Task List. I Love the Smell of Clorox. I know, I’m weird, but the smell tells me I’m being proactive in this battle and not sitting back waiting for the wolf at the door.

I’m told that gargling with salt water, if a sore throat should appear, could help. Now I’m not so sure that is true – but it can’t hurt.

Drinking lots of water is always a good thing.

Being out in the Sunshine – Yes!

My favorite – Hanging laundry in the sunshine – Makes my heart sing. Stopping a Killer Virus is Victory!

Resting. Staying Positive. Taking a Break.

Walking. A Fabulous No School – Be At Home – Recess Activity.

And No Time Spent in the Office. Working Remotely from Home.

A Positive Step to Keeping the World and Each Other Safe.

Office Spaces can Wait.

Home is where we need to be.

In a funny way, this Scary Perfect Storm granted me my wish – to try working from home. It’s not as easy as I thought, but for now, we are making it work. I never dreamed that we’d all be home at the same time. Mandatory Long-Term School Closures create a Full House.

But hey, now I have time to be the “Cooker Man” and prepare dinner. Maybe Something Wild and Silly to Sprinkle Magic into the Mix. Green Chile Stew for what Ails the World? One Mighty Spoonful at a Time.

Stay Safe. Stay Well. Stay Strong. And Please, Let’s Kick this to the Curb!
You too! Love you guys! Be safe and stay healthy.
We made it through Day One…only 20 more days to go. 🙂 This is going to be a Long Spring…but it will be worth it if no one gets this crap.
Great post … great picture from my corner, Rio Grande and Griegos! As always, your posts are uplifting and I thank you for that. The world is having a time out … walking on the ditch bank with the dog is more special today than it was last week or last month! Keep writing and smiling and most of all, stay well!
Stay well Suzee – we all need to be strong and get through this.
Great post – looking forward to the “cooker man” offerings
Oh Gosh this eLearning thing is going to drive me crazy!
Absolutely – but we’re doing it!
