Mom is working…from the dining room…well, she is trying to work.

The following commentary is by Miss Doodle 2 and she is loving it.
All you need are these ingredients. Fast and easy to make!

Seasonings bring in the flavor. My favorite is the Minced Garlic. You only need to use a few sprinkles. Put in your hand and sprinkle over the meat and sauce.

Don’t cook the meat like this. Cook it thoroughly until it is all brown. After it is brown then put in the green chile. The best part of all.

Throw in the tomato sauce to make it Italian.

Add the Garlic and Italian Seasoning.

While the meat is cooking, boil water in a large pot to a rolling boil. Add one little pinch of salt into the water.

Break the spaghetti in half by placing it on the side of the counter. Drop into the boiling water.

Once the spaghetti hits the water, the boiling will stop. Stir the spaghetti until it is the right type for you. I like it a little soft and hard. In the middle.

Use tongs to take some noodles out to test.

Place on a paper towel so it won’t burn your hands. It has happened to me before. Yikes! Be Careful. Put a noodle in your mouth to see if it is done.

Drain the noodles and put in the meat and sauce. Mix them all together. Be careful, it can get all over the stove if you mix it too hard. 🙂 Sprinkle cheese on it. But watch out if someone doesn’t like a lot of cheese they will go crazy. Like my sister. Then sprinkle in Parsley, or if you don’t like it then don’t put it in.

Take a good deep breath and smell it before it is gone. Don’t forget to put the lid on so it will stay warm, in case people aren’t ready to eat.

Make Caesar Salad. Get it from Costco. It comes in a bag with everything you need. It is very good. But eat it that night or else it goes bad.

Get a big serving spoon and serve it to your Wonderful Family.

Seems like they’re taking too long. I’m going to eat some. Shhh. Don’t tell.

Set up the dining table to make it interesting.

Let me know if it tastes good. Being stuck at home for this quarantine is kind of fun because I get to make food and help my mom. It is not fun when you have to do school work.
Thank you for reading my blog post and trying my wonderful recipe. Please give me an idea of what else I can cook for my family. Thanks.
And that is Magic. 🙂
Great job Tess! Looks yummy, we might need a spagitti night soon. I hope your Mom showed you Anne’s post about Lucia’s “Resturant.” Maybe you could make breakfast for dinner one night too. Have fun! Stay safe and healthy. 💗💗💗💗💗
Thank you! I love to make breakfast for dinner!
I love this post! Probably because I have every one of the ingredients on hand. I am curious about one thing … green chile in spaghetti sauce? Because I have it on hand, I’ll try it. You are definitely a chip off the old block (old saying from old person, ask mom).
We have a new “cooker man” in the house and it’s not me (lol)
