One Week Down. Trying to Keep Spirits High. Home School and Work Flowing with Wonky, Slow Internet but We’re Making Due.
Silly Meal Time gives us all a Lift.

Today’s Adventure. Dining in a Scottish Cottage overlooking the Sea.
How about a Cottage Pie? Well…what I think a Cottage Pie is. ๐

Pork Mixed with Canned Vegetables. Tomatoes. Black Beans. Green Beans.

Cut up and Fully Cook the Pork. No Salmonella battles, thank you.

Still have onions. These are beauties. Throw them in.

Turmeric – my Soldier to Strengthen the Immune System.

Mmm…wish you could smell the wonderful cooking smells.

Whoops, No Mashed Potatoes. Crescent Rolls will be the stand in.

Diced Tomatoes.

Black Beans.

Green Beans.

Love the Colors. Lots of Quaint Cottage Charm.

For some Zing. Worcestershire Sauce.

Cooked Through. Now for the Fun Part.

Pop in a Deep Casserole Dish.

Crack Open the Dough.

Roll out and Slice into Strips.

Braid the Pastry on Top. Bake 20 minutes until Golden.

A Traditional Cottage Pie. Sort of.

But Here’s where it gets interesting.
Set a Table in a Different Part of the House. Tonight…the Butler’s Pantry.

With Tea Lights.

And Mr. Toad surrounded by Lots of Blue and White.

Applesauce and Pork. Perfect Together.

Ummm…Well…It’s Ok. But the Dining Experience is Fabulous!

Just a Bit of Shaking Up the Housebound House.
