This was our First Attempt at Working with Yeast. Patience is a Requirement. I tried to remember all the Do’s and Don’ts my Mom would zing at me about working with Dough. I tried.
Guess the Proof will be in the Rising and the Tasting.

My Baking Helper and I were so covered in Flour and Dough that No Photos of the Mixing and Kneading and Rolling could be Taken.
Trust Me, it was a Sight to Behold.
But Here we are…6 Hours Later. Kind of Looks like a Flintstone Creation. Not Quite like the Photo on the Box.
