I know you have these 3 Ingredients. Sugar. Peanut Butter. Egg.
That’s It. Oh, and Parchment Paper. I was quite impressed with myself that I had Parchment Paper. The box was unopened. I have no idea why I have Parchment Paper, but Cool…we are ready for a Quick Bake.
Ready to Make Cookies for the World. One Small Batch at a Time.

Ms. Doodle 2 baked as I worked. Or as I tried to work. This Cat is so psyched that I’m home. She needs to have me in her sights at all times.

Baking Begins. Start to Finish 30 Minutes.

Is this really going to work with only 3 Ingredients?
1 Cup Peanut Butter. We have Creamy, but Nuts would work too.

1/2 Cup of Sugar.

The most difficult part of this Bake.

Mix Sugar, Peanut Butter and Egg together.

Scoop Tablespoon-size Balls and Place on the Sheet.

Flatten with a Fork. Make a Cross-Hatch Pattern to be Fancy.

Bake 10 – 15 Minutes in a 350 F oven. Pull Out When the Edges Turn Brown.

Perfect.

Day 12 is in the Books. Everyone Home Staying Safe. Crazy Baking Fools.

Now Tell Me Again. We’ve Made it to Day 12??

We’re Part of a Living History of the World. For Everyone Young and Old. This began with the Cancelling of All Sporting Events. Worldwide. College Basketball March Madness never happened. The Next Day the Schools Shut their Doors. Probably Not to Open for the Balance of the 2019/2020 School Year. No Proms. No Graduations. People are Quarantined. Globally. Shelter in Place Orders are being Enforced. People are trying to Comply. Electronics are Saving the Day with Remote Work and School Learning. Family Pets are Happily Confused. The World is filled with Uncertainty and Fear. News is Traveling at Warp Speed. Good and Bad. Hope and Frustration. Happiness and Sadness. Worldwide Together. I Hope that One Day We Will Reflect on this, Learn from this, and be able to say that Mankind came through and Kindness was Everywhere. Hopefully, One Day Soon.
Please Stay Safe. Stay Strong. Stay Well.
Okay, I had exactly one cup of peanut butter, so I made them. I might have made them too big, had trouble with the fork part …. so they are kinda ugly. I’ll let you know how they taste!
How fun…I expected these to be sweet but our batch was not…actually kind of bland. But no matter…the simple only 3 ingredients recipe did the trick.
