But After All the Nonsense of LAST YEAR…I’ve Changed My Tune.
I’m on the USANA Reset… BUT to be Totally Transparent, I’ve Cheated…a Bit.

To RESET, the PLAN is 5 Days of SHAKES and Tiny Bits and Bobs of Healthy Snacks. I Got to DAY 3 BUT HAD NO SHAKES. For Dinner I had CHINESE.

Then I Opened my FORTUNE…

Okay, So I’m not great with Shakes, but I’m Trying.
But What I EXCELL at is DRINKING WATER!
64 oz. Each Day!
I did the MATH….It’s Quite Amazing – It’s a Lot of WATER, but it’s Working.

Let’s Say you’re UP at 6AM. And BED at 10PM. With 8 Hours of Sleep.
That’s a 16 Hour Day. Using an 8 oz. Drinking Glass as the Measure…
You Need to DRINK a HALF GLASS OF WATER EVERY WAKING HOUR.
That does sounds a Bit Nutty.

BUT, with a Standard 24 oz. Water Bottle, All this Drinking is Less Crazy.
64 oz. = TWO 24 oz. BOTTLES PLUS A HALF BOTTLE MORE in a DAY.

Or Even Better…2 BOTTLES and 2 CUPS OF TEA.
THAT’S NOT SO BAD.
