After a Year of Eating Massive Quantities of Bread…Adios to You, 2020, I am Focusing on Eating Healthy. USANA has been the driving force and I am Getting There. Of Course, as the MOM, I bring everyone with Me in this Quest.
But to begin with a CONFESSION. I tried the Morning and Evening USANA SHAKES.
For Some, it’s a Game-Changer. For Me, UGH, I am Not a Shake Girl.
But I did See that Not Starting the Day with BREAD, Helped with Weight Loss.
I Need a Bit of a Crunch. So I continue the Quest to Find a New Way to Eating Healthy.
And As the Mom, I Know that Healthy Eating For Me, and the Troops Will Follow.
More Fruit. Vegetables. No Snacky Chippy Snacks.
And DRINKING WATER. 64 OZ EACH DAY.
Interestingly, My Shopping Cart Already Looks Different and I’m Very Pleased.
Mornings were always BREAD. All Types. All Sizes. Always Heated. With Butter.
Now. Oatmeal. With Raisins. A drop of Syrup…have to wean off of that, but I am getting there.
It’s Good. And Hot. I love a Hot Breakfast. With Coffee.
And What am I Discovering??? No More Swollen Feet and Ankles.
And A Beginning to Weight Loss.

LOOK but Don’t EAT.
But I Digress. Adding Fruit to Breakfast. Also Excellent.
Costco Grapefruits. In Individual Cups. Delicious. Reasonably Priced.
This is probably my most favorite item at Costco! I highly recommend these to Hop in Your Cart!
Dinners are Where I Allow the Vegetables to Shine. My Infamous One-Pot Creations!
This was a FUN MEAL was BEEF , FRESH VEGETABLES, BROWN RICE, and ZUCCHINI NESTS!
This Spinach almost looks too beautiful to eat. 🙂
