Rule #1: Sew the Tee to the Dress BEFORE Cutting Off the Dress Top.

This will keep all the gathers of the dress in place and a Breeze to Sew.

Step 1: Measure the length of the Dress with the Tee. This new Dress will be Ankle Length.

Love the Mix of Stripes and Prints!

Step 2: Place the Tee over the Top of the Dress.

Step 3: Sew along the Hem of the Tee to attach the Tee to the Dress.

Step 4: Flip the Dress Inside Out and CUT the Dress Top Off the Dress.

Step 5: Using a simple fold over hem, finish the remaining part of the dress top for a clean edge.

DONE!
